Dual Functionality
ContentDepot Edge supports high-quality, lossless (FLAC) audio encoding and decoding. Use it as an encoder at your production site and a decoder at your affiliate stations’ sites - or simultaneously encode and decode on the same device.
Broad Compatibility
Connect ContentDepot Edge to your systems with up to four balanced analog, AES/EBU, or AoIP inputs and outputs, along with general purpose input/output (GPIO) ports.
Seamless Spot Insertion
Deliver everything stations need for their broadcasts and let ContentDepot Edge insert pre-recorded spots into live programming and events.

With this enhancement to our standard, automated 24/7 stream silence monitoring, a real person will periodically listen to your stream to check for quality issues. If we find a problem, we’ll let you know and help you fix it.
File audio quality monitoring
We will check your pre-recorded content, too! Our customized software will check your files for pops and clicks, extended silence, and other common issues. If quality concerns are detected, one of our NOC technicians will do a deep dive to verify the findings before alerting you and helping you find a solution.
Hosted evergreen backup
All ContentDepot systems are designed with redundancy and failover in mind. But what happens if a natural disaster knocks out all available internet connections at your studio site? We will help you ensure your affiliates continue to receive high-quality content to broadcast. Send us your favorite evergreen content and we’ll keep it on standby - ready to distribute to your affiliates at a moment’s notice - in case you’re ever unable to supply your planned programming.
